I am constantly watching and observing my surroundings. Because of this I have learned that there is nothing “ordinary” about ordinary things. From the sparkle of the sidewalk along the streets of New York, to the way a familiar scent can evoke happy memories, I realize and acknowledge that beauty can be found all around us.

Creating jewelry enables me to showcase the every day objects that capture my heart. Why should diamonds get all the glory? I tend to look for the unsung gemstones, and enjoy giving them a voice.

My pieces are primarily made from sterling silver, copper, or brass. I especially love sterling silver, it is so versatile. Also, it stays tarnish-free when consistently worn, giving it a sort of organic quality like that of no other metal.

When I create a piece, I pay special attention to its unique structure and flow. Popular, more standard jewelry components work well with the equally elegant “other stuff” that often goes unnoticed, thus, creating a harmonious balance. When my hands are busy constructing, I am filled with a sense of inner tranquility, and the chaos of the busy world around me seems to fade away.

I strive to create durable, wearable pieces that serve as a reminder of life’s everyday loveliness and jewelry that I hope will make you smile.
